We love pairing it with bold flavors like citrus and herbs, or using it to add a floral note to simple desserts. Our culinary lavender buds are English Lavender varieties. Grown chemical-free in heart of the Kootenays and filtered 3-4 times to remove dust, seeds, and chaff, ensuring only the highest quality.
